Meet Kaitlyn.
I’m Kaitlyn! I founded Wild Mother Path to help nurture women in their pregnancy and postpartum period so they thrive and step into motherhood with confidence. I started my work serving women as a registered nurse in a NICU where I saw firsthand many women struggling in postpartum.
During my own postpartum period, I learned the immense blessing of wise feminine support in my space, so I was able to focus on caring for and loving my baby - and I knew there were women in my community who were not so lucky.
On my path to motherhood, I realized that birth is a pivotal point in a woman’s life and a unique opportunity for healing and growth. It became glaringly evident to me that a woman’s pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences have a profound effect on her well-being and her ability to mother with confidence.
I became a Radical Birthkeeper and a Holistic Postpartum Doula to serve women in the same loving way that I was served, and to initiate these powerful opportunities for thriving in a woman’s life.

Closing of the Bones
Cerrado de las Caderas (Closing of the Hips) is a ceremony that takes place at the end of the 40-day rest period to energetically bring to a close the body and spirit as it prepares to reemerge into the world as a new mother. We facilitate this ceremonial experience with reverence and care.
