$1,000 plus additional charges for care exceeding 24 hours
$200 deposit is required to reserve your spot
$800 remaining balance due by 36th week of your pregnancy

What is a sibling doula?
A sibling doula is dedicated to caring for your other children while mom is in labor.
We are on call for your birth and ready to tend to your children when labor begins.
Sibling doula support often looks like:
Being on call during your expected birthing time
Involving the older children in the birth as much or as little as your family would like
Making sure your children get attention and nurturing during the birth
Taking care of all of your children's basic needs
Entertaining, playing, and comforting your children
Helping to make your birth process as joyful and as understandable as possible for your older children
Why not just hire a babysitter?
A babysitter is not well versed in labor and the unexpected twists and turns it may take.
The energetic space surrounding a mother during her labor is an important factor in determining how the birth of the baby will unfold. It is of utmost importance everyone involved in the birth process has an understanding of physiologic birth and how to foster a calm and nurturing environment.
Our sibling doulas have familiarity with birth and are able to incorporate the children into the birthing process as much or as little as your family desires.
The last thing anyone needs in labor is a panicked bystander who does not understand the ups and downs of the labor process.
